Festivalul Masters of Classics se amana!

Organizatorii Festivalului Masters of Classic aflat la cea de-a doua editie anunță amânarea festivalului, programat inițial pentru 12 și 13 septembrie 2026, la Sala Palatului din București, pentru o perioadă care va fi comunicata ulterior.

„În urma unei analize atente a circumstanțelor actuale care privesc proiectul, precum și a contextului mai larg din România, am luat decizia dificilă că amânarea evenimentului reprezintă, în acest moment, cea mai responsabilă cale de acțiune, în primul rând față de publicul care a achiziționat bilete și abonamente. În aceste condiții, considerăm că este preferabil ca evenimentul să fie amânat decât să fie afectate amploarea, calitatea sau viziunea artistică a festivalului. Această decizie permite proiectului să revină atunci când vor exista condițiile necesare pentru ca evenimentul să se desfășoare la nivelul de excelență propus încă de la început. Le mulțumim sincer tuturor artiștilor, partenerilor, sponsorilor, furnizorilor și, mai ales, spectatorilor care, prin achiziționarea de bilete și abonamente, au susținut Masters of Classic și au contribuit la dezvoltarea acestui proiect.”, transmit organizatorii, Fundația Music for Life și promotorul internațional Marcel Avram care adauga: “Intenția mea este să păstrez proiectul în viață și să explorăm împreună date potrivite pentru viitor. În această etapă, însă, nu doresc să mă angajez la o nouă dată până când nu suntem siguri că momentul și circumstanțele sunt potrivite pentru toți cei implicați.”

Masters of Classic a fost creat cu ambiția de a reuni la București unii dintre cei mai importanți artiști ai muzicii clasice din lume, într-o serie de spectacole la cele mai înalte standarde internaționale. Pentru realizarea festivalului au fost deja investite eforturi considerabile și un angajament important din partea artiștilor, reprezentanților acestora, partenerilor și întregii echipe de organizare.

Intenția organizatorilor rămâne aceea de a reprograma festivalul, iar informațiile privind noile date vor fi comunicate imediat ce acestea vor fi confirmate.

În ceea ce privește biletele și abonamentele deja achiziționate, informațiile referitoare la opțiunile disponibile și pașii următori pentru deținătorii acestora vor fi transmise separat cumparatorilor de bilete, prin canalele oficiale de ticketing: Eventim, Entertix și IaBilet

The organisers of the Masters of Classic Festival, now in its second edition, announce the postponement of the festival, originally scheduled to take place on 12 and 13 September 2026 at Sala Palatului in Bucharest. The festival will be rescheduled for a later date, which will be announced in due course.

“Following a careful review of the current circumstances surrounding the project, as well as the broader context in Romania, we have made the difficult decision that postponing the event is, at this time, the most responsible course of action, first and foremost towards the audience members who have already purchased tickets and subscriptions. Under these circumstances, we believe it is preferable to postpone the event rather than compromise the scale, quality or artistic vision of the festival. This decision will allow the project to return when the necessary conditions are in place for the event to take place at the level of excellence envisioned from the very beginning. We sincerely thank all the artists, partners, sponsors, suppliers and, above all, the members of the audience who, by purchasing tickets and subscriptions, have supported Masters of Classic and contributed to the development of this project.” 

The statement was issued by the organisers, Music for Life Foundation and international promoter Marcel Avram . “My intention is very much to keep the project alive and to explore suitable future dates together. At this stage, however, I do not want to make any commitment to a new date until we are certain that the timing and circumstances are right for everyone involved”.

Masters of Classic was created with the ambition of bringing some of the world’s most distinguished classical artists to Bucharest for a series of performances presented to the highest international standards. Considerable effort and commitment have already gone into the festival from the artists, their representatives, partners and the entire organisational team.

The organisers remain committed to rescheduling the festival, and information regarding the new dates will be communicated as soon as they are confirmed.

As for tickets and subscriptions already purchased, information regarding the available options and the next steps for ticket holders will be communicated directly to purchasers through the official ticketing channels: Eventim, Entertix and IaBilet.
